1. Spring hinge
Mainly used for cabinet doors, wardrobe doors, it generally requires a board thickness of 18-20mm. From the material, it can be divided into: galvanized iron, zinc alloy. In terms of performance, it can be divided into: need to punch holes, no need to punch holes. No need to make holes is what we call bridge hinges. The bridge hinge looks like a bridge, so it is commonly known as a bridge hinge. It features no need to drill holes in the door panels and is not limited by specifications. Specifications are: small, medium, large. Holes need to be made, that is, spring hinges that are now commonly used on cabinet doors. Its features: the door panel must be punched, the style of the door is limited by the hinge, the door will not be blown open by the wind after it is closed, and there is no need to install various bumper spiders. The specifications are: &26, &35. Among them, there are removable directional hinges and non-removable non-directional hinges. For example, the 303 series of Longsheng hinge is a removable directional hinge, and the 204 series is a non-removable spring hinge that can be divided from the shape: full cover (or straight arm, straight bend) half cover (or curved arm, middle bend) inner (or big curve, big bend) hinge with adjusting screws, can adjust the height and thickness of the plate up and down, left and right, the distance between the two screw fixing holes on the hole side is generally 32mm, and the distance between the diameter side and the two sides of the board is 4mm (drawing). In addition, spring hinges also have various special specifications, such as: inner 45 degree angle hinge, outer 135 degree angle hinge, open 175 degree angle hinge.
About the difference between the three types of hinges at right angles (straight arm), half bends (half curved), large bends (large curves):
Right-angled hinges allow doors to completely cover the side panels;
Half-curved hinges allow the door panels to cover part of the side panels;
Large-curved hinges allow the door panels to be parallel to the side panels;

2. Gate hinge
It is divided into ordinary type and bearing type, ordinary type has been mentioned above, now focus on bearing type. The bearing type can be divided into copper and stainless steel from the material. From the specifications: 100X75 125X75 150X90 100X100 125X100 150X100 There are 2.5mm and 3mm bearings with thickness, and there are two bearings and four bearings. From the perspective of consumption, copper bearing hinges are more selected, because of their beautiful and bright style, moderate price, and equipped with screws.

3. Electromechanical cabinet hinge
It includes nylon hinges with high wear resistance; Corrosion-resistant, higher strength zinc alloy hinge; Corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, high-strength stainless steel hinges, often used in electromechanical cabinet doors, mechanical equipment operation boxes and other products.

4. Heavy duty hinge
Due to the particularity of the installation position, the requirements for hinges are also very large, the general size is above 150MM, the bearing capacity is large, the shape structure is in line with the special structure of the cabinet door, often used in refrigerators, freezers and other large doors, mostly zinc alloy materials

5. Special-shaped hinges
The door opening angle is large, and it is also widely used in daily use

6. Other hinges
There are countertop hinges, flip door hinges, glass hinges. Glass hinges are used to install frameless glass cabinet doors, and the glass thickness is required to be no more than 5-6mm. The model has holes and all the properties of spring hinges. Non-punching for magnetic type and upper and lower top mounted type, such as PepsiCo, magnetic glass hinge, etc.
