What Structure Of The Bed Turns Over Without Sound And Steady?

Feb 15, 2023

The "bed" we often say is not just a mattress, it is a combination, consisting of three parts, such as the mattress, the bed frame and the bed backbone (bedhead), sometimes called "bed group".

The "abnormal noise" in the whole bed group can be roughly summarized as three sources: (1) friction abnormal noise of the bed frame supporting parts; (2) The noise caused by friction or vibration of the mattress, (3) The friction of the connecting parts of the bed frame and the bed backboard. When a large movement is carried out on the bed, the bed will almost inevitably produce abnormal noise, but the intensity of the noise emitted by different bed groups is different.

Unstable is the root source of abnormal noise in the bed, this article starts from three different sources of abnormal noise in the bed group, explaining to you "what structure" and what material of the bed (mattress, bed frame, bed back) is more stable and less prone to abnormal noise.

(1) "Friction noise between bed frame supporting parts": The relatively strong noise of the bed group is usually in the bed frame supporting parts;

(2) "Noise caused by friction or vibration inside the mattress": mostly occurs in thin and hard mattress types;

(3) "Frictional noise of the connecting parts of the bed frame and the bed backbone": It rarely occurs, but the maintenance cost and difficulty after it appears are high.
